CGB Board of Advisors Spotlight: Kumar Singirikonda

As the Director of DevOps Engineering at Toyota North America, Kumar Singirikonda is a distinguished leader with over two decades of global technology experience. His expertise spans cloud architecture, security, and team leadership. Through his efforts to consistently drive innovation in infrastructure and automation solutions, Kumar has spearheaded the design and optimization of Toyota’s Cloud and DevOps strategies, resulting in increased operational efficiency and accelerated software delivery. Kumar’s thought leadership, numerous certifications, and recognition through awards affirm his contributions to this field. His “DevOps Automation Cookbook” is a comprehensive guide for both seasoned professionals and newcomers in the fast-paced world of DevOps. In a podcast interview on ITOps, DevOps, AIOps — All Things Ops, Kumar described Toyota’s unique DevOps approach.

In addition to his role at Toyota, Kumar actively contributes to education and mentoring at UT Austin, where he has actively engaged with faculty and students in a variety of forums and conferences.
